Follow us as we transformed our country estate into a warm, welcoming retreat.

When we uprooted our lives from the Golden State to ‘Green Acres’ (10 acres in the Nashville suburbs) in late 2024, we dove into the Southern lifestyle head first. Since then we’ve hosted, holidays, bachelorette parties, a 60th birthday and family visits. The common thread with each guest, were the inquiries on recipes, how-tos, and, “Where did you get that?”. Our goal was to lure our 4 adult daughters (and their SOs) to come visit us regularly. So we’ll be sharing how we turned our forever home into a cozy retreat, our best DIY hacks, decorating tips, where to splurge and where to pinch pennies, tried and true recipes and other life tidbits.
